What is a Zine?A zine is a non-professional and non-official publication produced by fans for the pleasure of others who share their interest.Will this zine be for profit?No, this zine will be a physical pay for production zine, and will be safe for work, With a possible nsfw side zine, that will be slightly more than pay for production to ensure contributors can receive free copies.Is this Zine NSFW?The main zine will be SFW and we will have a side NSFW portion included as a separate printing.What is the theme of the zine?This zine will be portraying the various couples from all MXTX works as fantasy Chinese creatures, such as Chinese dragons, fox spirits, jiaoren mermaids, etc.What are the specifications of this zine?The specs are going to be A5.What are contributor expectations?Please refer to Guidelines.How will contributors be compensated for their participation?Ideally each contributor will receive a free copy but this will be dependent on how many copies are sold.Are we allowed to apply for more than one position in the zine?Everyone is allowed to apply for more than one position but may only end up getting to participate for one (depending on how many applications we get).Are only canon ships allowed?As for the canon couples, any couple is allowed as long as the main three aren’t split up! For example, you can include other ‘non canon’ couples like mingling or beefleaf but you wouldn’t be allowed to split up bingqiu or hualian.Will there be an even distribution of the mxtx works?Ideally but it will be dependent on contributor applications.
Production/ Shipping/ Social Media ModMoth - He/TheyMoth is a non-binary illustration and comic artist who mostly draws danmei and ocs, and his current hyper fixations are mxtx and dragons! He has experience helping run local Canadian Zine events and working with printing equipment.
Formatting ModXin - She/HerXin is a cosplayer and artist that has gone to school for commercial art and graphic design. Her favorite series are TGCF and 2HA and is a big fan of Yin Yu.
Art / Social Media ModPipurin - They/ThemPipurin is an artist that works primarily on illustrations, comics, and animatics. They are a lover of MXTX and have a particular soft spot for svsss. They have experience working as the sole mod for the SVSSS Guy.exe animatic and are currently working as an art/ social media mod for the svsss monster encyclopedia zine as well as working as an artist contributor in the “Magic, Glass Slippers, & Poison Apples” Svsss fairy tale zine and “I TRANSMIGRATED INTO THE CANON FODDER VILLAIN OF MY OWN STALLION NOVEL and ALL I GOT WERE MILKY TITS?!” moshang milkzine.
Art ModEmerald - She/TheyEmerald is an artist and writer who loves mxtx works but SVSSS is by far their favorite. She has worked on several zines in a variety of roles such as; Otayuri Writer’s Collective Zine as a writer and artist contributor, Otayuri AU Zine as a writer contributor, Yuri on Ice Cookbook Zine as a writer contributor, Four Seasons: Word of Honor Zine as a writing mod, shipping mod and general mod, and 10 Years of Dishonored Zine as merch artist contributor.
Writing/ Beta ModVern - He/HimVern is a writer and creator with a huge love for MXTX and fantasy as a whole. His Zine experience includes: One and Only AyaItto Zine as a writing contributor, Angel’s Share Diluc Zine as a writing contributor, Bittersweet Memories SuguSato Zine as a writing contributor, MDZS Cookbook as a chef Contributor, Neuvillette’s Court Zine as a writing mod, and Thousand Years of Memory Frieren Zine as a writing mod.

Application Guidelines-Applicants must be 18 years or older
-Applicants must have a Discord account and join the official Discord Server
-Applicants should be aware that SFW and NSFW will be separate printings.Writer Guidelines-Writers works must focus on at least one mxtx work and have some element of fantasy creatures from chinese folklore.
-Writers will be provided Beta assistance for spelling and grammar only
-Writers must use content warnings for mature or explicit content. (Mods may ask that additional warnings be included.)Final Submission Requirements:-Fanfics will need to be within 1.2k to 1.5k wordsPage Artist Guidelines
